Enter your Job ID exactly as written on your receipt (e.g. R047). Then click Track →

Your current repair status, device details, and estimated completion date will appear on screen.
If you provided your email address, you will automatically receive an update email every time your repair status changes. No need to visit the website — the email includes a Track My Repair button that opens your status page directly.
RECEIVED: We have your device safely. It is in our queue to be assessed.
DIAGNOSING: Our technician is examining your device to find the problem.
WAITING FOR PARTS: We know what is wrong. We are waiting for the spare parts to arrive.
REPAIR IN PROGRESS: Parts are available and your device is being repaired right now.
COMPLETED: Your device has been repaired and tested. We will contact you shortly.
READY FOR PICKUP: Your device is ready. Please come to our workshop at your convenience to collect it.
DELIVERED: Your device has been collected or delivered. Job complete.
